The Give and Take Legislation Act

Explaining The Give and Take Legislation Act

When a certain subject, e.g. Education, doesn’t get as much funding as, e.g. Housing, it’s not fair at all.
However, thanks to the ‘Give and Take Legislation,’ this allows every subject in the nation to be properly funded and be equal as each other subject there is.

Figure 1: A simple diagram of how the Give and Take Legislation Act works for some divisional subjects of the nation. Here shows both Housing and Education, each giving each other money. This is the Give and Take Legislation Act. Where a certain subject gives to another subject half of what it earned, then that other subject repays it after an amount of time and keeps on going forever. This is to ensure each subject gets equal.

Certain subjects are paired up together so that they would repay each other money, and not to any other subject because any other subject would be in another pair with another subject. Hopefully this can be understood.
However, some subjects do not earn money at all, like the subject of Military. So how would they repay?
All the budget in the Military would go to expanding it itself, or else it would be useless or called another subject’s budget but under Military which is quite... too weird.
So how would they repay? Please look at Figure 2 below.

Figure 2: Only half of the money from the Military’s subject pair, Recreation would be given to the Military. The Military would then give back old vehicles to be recycled into Recreational Locations. Sometimes, due to the fact the Military lacks any old and retired spacecraft to give, it cuts off from any paired subjects and fund itself from a temporary Government Legislation Act of more funding.
We hope you learnt something about Bluelight’s laws after reading this factbook. A summary on the ‘Give and Take Legislation Act’ can be found below.
